Common Questions and Answers

Q: What time are you open?

A: We are by appointment. Call when you're ready to come and see it. (Closed Sundays)

Q: Does it come with a warranty?

A: Yes, Most vehicles come with a 30 day Limited Powertrain Warranty (Unless otherwise noted on the Buyers Guide)

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: We don't offer In-House financing at this time, But we work with multiple lenders. Contact me for more details.  

Q: Do you charge any dealer fees?

A: Only on finance deals, they require a lot more time and paperwork.

Q: What kind of deposit/down payment do i need?

A: All really depends on your credit score and monthly income. (Normally 10 to 15% down)

Q: Does the vehicle have current PA Inspection and/or Emissions?

A: Yes, all of my vehicles for sale have the Inspection and/or Emissions done. (Unless otherwise stated in notes or pictures)

Q: Can I take the car to my mechanic to look it over?

A: I don't allow the cars to go off site other than test drives. (Your Mechanic is more than welcome to come here to inspect the vehicle)

Q: Do I need a valid Driver's License to test drive a car?

A: Yes, if under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Q: What form of payment do you take?

A: Cash, Certified bank check & Credit Card. (Credit Card gets charged an extra 3% in CC fees)

Q: If I leave a deposit can you hold a vehicle?

A: Yes, A Cash, CC or Check can be taken a deposit. (The allowed time will be discussed)

Q: Does it come with a Carfax Report?

A: Yes, all of my vehicles come with a FREE Carfax Report.

Q: Is the price include Sales Tax, Registration and Notary fees?

A: No, all that will be done at the local notary. (Contact me for an estimate of the Notary Costs)

Q: Can I get a Warranty longer than the one I get that's included?

A: Yes, there are many options!!
